CRO Data Practice¶
Use this practice to prepare reliable evidence before Data & Strategy turns it into a campaign decision. Readiness confirms the tools exist. Data Practice defines how evidence is gathered, validated, analyzed, and handed over.
Choose the correct path¶
| Layer | Cadence | Purpose | Output |
|---|---|---|---|
| Client CRO Readiness | Once at kickoff | Confirm access and instrumentation | Signed readiness record |
| Initial Baseline | Once after readiness | Build the durable historical dataset and source register | Client baseline pack |
| Campaign Refresh & Analysis | Before each later campaign | Refresh current evidence and identify the strongest supported leak | Campaign evidence pack |
| Data & Strategy | Every campaign | Choose the question, angle, hypothesis, and measurement plan | Approved design brief |
First campaign¶
Complete Client CRO Readiness, build the Initial Baseline, then continue directly to Data & Strategy. Do not run a duplicate Campaign Refresh immediately after a newly completed baseline when its evidence window is still current.
Later campaigns¶
After Evaluation & Decision closes a campaign, run Campaign Refresh & Analysis. It updates the current evidence without rebuilding the full client baseline, then hands one evidence pack to Data & Strategy.
